Dinner with drinks (appetizer + entree + dessert) + Bottled water + 1/4 of a bottle of wine

These packages are offered with a minimum stay of one night. The number of participants (organisers and guests), the room type (single or double), the type of room layout and the coffee break planning must be indicated when making the reservation.

Extension of the Meeting room rental :

The meeting room rental can be extended if you ask the Hotel staff and depending on availability.
The rental extension will be billed directly at the Hotel at the extra day price.

Cancellation conditions :

Any cancellation made 72 hours before arrival must be done by letter or e-mail sent to the Hotel's manager, the reservation will then be paid back.
Beyond this point, no refund will be possible.
