These packages are offered with a minimum rental of a half-day. The number of participants (organisers and guests) and the type of room setting must be indicated when making the reservation.

If you intend to sell products in the meeting room, the company must give the Hotel a written authorization from the Mougins City Hall, as required by the law.

Extension of the Meeting room rental :

The meeting room rental can be extended if you ask the Hotel staff and depending on availability.
The rental extension will be billed directly at the Hotel with an extra day price.

Cancellation conditions :

Any cancellation made 72 hours before arrival must be done by letter or e-mail sent to the Hotel's manager, the reservation will then be paid back.
Beyond this point, no refund will be done.
