Validity :

All year long, during the week or on weekends. Valid after a reservation and according to availability.

2 Coffee breaks (Sweet pastries and buns, biscuits, coffee, tea, orange juice, bottled water)
Lunch with drinks Menu (appetizer + entree + dessert) + Bottled water + 1/4 of a bottle of wine

These packages are offered with a minimum rental of a half-day. The number of participants (organisers and guests) and the type of room layout must be indicated when making the reservation.

Extension of the Meeting room rental :

The meeting room rental can be extended if you ask the Hotel staff and depending on availability.
The rental extension will be billed directly at the hotel with an extra day price.

Cancellation conditions :

Any cancellation made 72 hours before arrival must be done by letter or e-mail sent to the Hotel's manager, the reservation will then be paid back.
Beyond this point, no refund will be done.
